Destinations and shipping costs

We ship to Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. If your country cannot be selected, contact contact@trycrewford.com before ordering.

Tracked shipping is free on orders over US$55 and costs US$7.50 on orders of US$55 or less, after discounts. These rates apply to all 28 destinations we serve. Rates and the threshold are converted to your checkout currency. The five-pair pack at US$64.90 qualifies for free shipping.

Delivery and tracking

Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier or customs delays. We will inform you of a known delay or inability to fulfil your order and provide the options required by applicable law.

Once your order is dispatched, your shipping confirmation includes the tracking details. Visit Track your order to follow the shipment. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a tracking number is created.

Address errors, delays and damaged parcels

Check your delivery address before paying. If you spot an error, email us promptly so we can check whether it can still be corrected. If a parcel is late, missing, marked delivered but not received, or damaged, contact us with your order number. Keep the parcel and photos if they help document damage. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law; you are not required to resolve our delivery obligations with the carrier yourself.

Cross-border deliveries

Import duties and taxes are included. No additional import charges on delivery.
