Crewford Terms of Service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

1. Seller and scope

Crewford is operated by MBY — Lou Malabry, French sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel).
Registered address: Les Normandières, Avenue de la Cigogne, 14390 Cabourg, France.
SIRET: 104 658 596 00010.
Email: contact@trycrewford.com.
Telephone: +33 7 56 81 14 19.

These terms govern purchases from trycrewford.com and use of the Crewford online store. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

2. Products and availability

Product descriptions, size choices and pack contents are shown on the product page. Select the size for your whole pack before adding it to the cart. If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will notify you and arrange an agreed alternative or refund as required by law.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected store currency. The order total, applicable taxes, shipping and discounts are shown before payment. Pay using a method offered at checkout. Payment is due when ordering. A price change does not alter an already accepted order.

4. Ordering

Check your products, quantity, size, email and delivery address before placing the order. We send an order confirmation by email. Contact us promptly if you need a correction or cancellation; an order already dispatched may need to be handled under the returns policy.

5. Shipping

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracked shipping is free on orders over US$55 and costs US$7.50 on orders of US$55 or less, after discounts. These rates apply to all 28 destinations we serve. Rates and the threshold are converted to your checkout currency. Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days. See our Shipping policy for tracking and delivery assistance.

6. Returns and 99-day trial

You may use the socks normally during a 99-calendar-day trial starting on delivery. Notify us before day 99 ends and return the requested pairs within 14 days of the request, clean and dry. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by you. Full details, partial-pack refund rules and statutory withdrawal rights are in our Returns and refunds policy.

7. Limited lifetime warranty

Holes from normal wear and manufacturing defects are covered without a fixed expiry date for as long as the original purchaser keeps the affected pair. After approval of photos and proof of purchase, the replacement pair is free. You pay its shipping cost, disclosed and agreed before dispatch, and keep the original socks. See the complete Limited Lifetime Warranty, including exclusions and the distinction from statutory remedies.

8. Mandatory consumer rights

Our commercial trial and warranty do not limit mandatory consumer protection. Legal remedies for faulty or nonconforming goods remain available, with costs borne as required by law. EEA and UK statutory withdrawal rules, where applicable, generally allow 14 days to notify withdrawal and another 14 days to return the goods. The details are in our refund policy.

Where French statutory conformity rules apply, new goods benefit from the two-year legal conformity guarantee and applicable remedies without cost, as well as the warranty against hidden defects. Australian consumer guarantees, Canadian provincial protections and U.S. state-law rights remain unaffected. You may have other rights under your applicable law.

9. Privacy

We use personal information to process orders, deliver products, answer requests and operate the store, as explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Site use

Do not misuse the site, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content or interfere with its security. Product photos and other content remain subject to the rights of their owners.

11. Complaints and governing law

French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to their purchase or the right to use a competent court. Contact contact@trycrewford.com for assistance. Eligible unresolved disputes may be referred free of charge to CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, at cm2c.net, litiges@cm2c.net, +33 1 89 47 00 14.
